An Open Letter To Perez Hilton

hello, mr blogger, how happy you must be today, to feast upon the mistakes of Britney Spears. You must be near orgasm by this point, channeling all your energy and sources to make sure nobody forgets she wasn't at the top of her game. After all, you are always at the top of your game, though the game requires little more than the rage of a lifetime of being ignored by those around you.

So here you are, with a wildly popular website, rising up the celeb reality ladder, rapping your gay little heart out. It is sad that you chose to use your "fame" to insult others, to tear them down. Then again, with your character, it really is no big suprise.

As a gay man, I wish you would do more for gay rights, maybe chill out on the "outing" of celebrities.....Not everyone has to come out, don't you remember what it was like. Of course you do, but these men and women are popular and successful, unlike you, and you need to hurt them, to take them down, they have to bleed like you bleed. God you are such a boring cliché.

Britney gains weight, Britney shaves her head, Britney this, Britney that.......you seem a bit obsessed. Don't give us the "It's my Job" response....abusing people is not a job, its a psychological flaw. And you are flawed Perez, perhaps you should spend more time finding out who you are, underneath the green hair and large body.

From one gay man to another, from one human to another....I beg you to stop hurting people, nothing good will come of it. Any seven year old could tell you that. You're not funny, many people who reply to your posts, do so to abuse you....that can't feel too good. Maybe it does? Perhaps its been so long since you felt anything at all.

Again, as a human, HUMAN, please stop, the things you say are not even catty, not even gossipy, they are mean, they are ugly and they make you something quite sinister. Move on dude, get a life, before its too late and the poison returns to eat you alive.

An Open Letter To The World

Many of us have visited Perez Hiltons infamous blog, where he trashes celebrities and hawks his image as the LAST CALL TROLL, and for a time...it was amusing. Then this happened.

Earlier today, Perez posted a vile "response" to the Britney Spears opening of the 2007 MTV VMA's. He wrote explicative after explicative on her image, followed by comments on her weight and psychiatric health.

When did it become okay for obese gay men to comment on the very minor weight gain of a popstar? When did calling someone's children a mistake become funny (Sarah Silverman) How the hell did we get here? Who is Sarah Silverman anyway? What, exactly, has she accomplished, aside from developing a brand of humor which gets stale the moment you watch it. At least Silverman has a real job....barely.

Perez reminds me of that sick bastard from the Virginia Tech shootings, except he kills people with his keyboard. Perez is poison, festering slowly inside a very swollen body and an oversized ego. He is America's cancer, a sign of all that has gone wrong our culture.

Since stoning Perez is out of the question, legally.... I ask you to help put this dog to bed.
We all like gossip....but there has to be a line, and we need draw that line for Perez. We need to see that Perez is a reflection of us and what we have become. Can we not see that Hilton is that kid from school that no one paid attention to? Can we not see that this is his revenge, that he takes it seriously, that he believes he is important?

Britney Spears is just going through some rough times, who are any of us to judge her. It wasn't so long away we filled stadiums and chanted her name. Is this what we have become....creators who create with the intention to destroy ? She is a HUMAN being, her children are REAL, her life is not fantasy. Leave her alone! What does she really OWE us? Think....

I will admit that my intense dislike for Perez Hilton stems from the ugliness I see in him, that I know is in myself....and in all of us. It is time to let this green haired monster know that we don't approve of the way he behaves, the kind of venom that comes from his mouth and hands.
I've made a decision to keep posting about the negative affects, I plan to humanize for the world what his words are actually saying. To put it in a context where it becomes personal.

Step up and make a decision to help turn this generation into something we can all be proud of. Stop visiting his site.
